Admission Process at Hittin School
Welcome to Hittin School! We are delighted that you are considering our institution for your child’s education. Our admission process is designed to be clear and straightforward, ensuring a smooth transition for students aged 3 to 18, both girls and boys.
Fill out the Online Application on Riyadh Schools website.
The entire admission process will be conducted through the Classera platform, which will be the main platform for applications. This form collects essential information about the student and family.
Required Documents:
Submit the following documents to complete the application:
1. Student’s passport photo page
2. Each parent’s passport photo page
3. Previous school records (final report card from the previous year and current year-to-date report card)
4. Standardized test records (if applicable)
5. Financial Clearance Letter (if transferring from another school in Saudi Arabia)
6. Student and sponsoring parent’s iqama (if not available upon application, please forward a copy when issued)
7. Immunization Record
8. Company letter acknowledging sponsorship/employment
9. Receipt of the non-refundable application fee
10. For Saudi Nationals: Family Book and Ministry of Education (MoE) approval letter
Review and Assessment:
Once the application is complete and the application fee is submitted, the Admissions Office will review the file. Students are required to undergo admissions testing to assess their academic readiness.
Decision and Enrollment:
After the review process, the Admissions Office will notify families of the admission decision. Accepted students will receive an enrollment packet with further instructions.
Important Considerations:
1. Age Requirements: Students must meet the age requirements for their respective grade levels.
2. Language Proficiency: As English is the language of instruction, students may be required to demonstrate a good level of proficiency in English.

Uniforms
At Hittin School, we believe that wearing a uniform foster a sense of pride and belonging among our students. Our uniform policy is designed to promote equality, discipline, and a cohesive school identity. Students are required to wear the official school uniform, which includes a neatly pressed shirt with the school logo, appropriate trousers or skirts, and formal shoes.
On designated physical education days, students should wear the approved PE uniform. All uniform items must be clean, in good repair, and clearly labeled with the student’s name. We expect students to adhere to the uniform guidelines to maintain a respectful and focused learning environment.
